The Center for Democracy Foundation would like to introduce Ivana Jačeva from North Macedonia, who will do an internship in duration of one month at our organisation, within the ‘Regional Youth Compact for Europe’ project. The internship programme, as one of the activities under this project, aims to support the exchange of young people in the West Balkans, to offer them an opportunity to familiarise themselves with an operation of civil society organisations, to exchange concepts and establish innovative approaches towards communication, that is in form and content focused on youths. It will increase their participation in civic initiatives, policy-making and structured dialogue.
During the internship period, Ivana will primarily make her contribution in activities related to the ‘Regional Youth Compact for Europe’ programme at both local and regional levels. We expect the assistance Ivana will provide to her colleagues on this project to be substantial. Also, she will become familiar with other programmes and activities that are on-going on daily basis within our organisation.
We hope that as our new member Ivana will gain valuable experience, which will make her future work easier, but also that she will develop communication and networking skills, as well as other important aspects of the ‘Regional Youth Compact for Europe’ programme.
Ivana, welcome, we hope that the following month will be highly productive!
