I agree. Completely quitting social media isn’t realistic for most people, but learning to set boundaries is. Things like turning off notifications, unfollowing toxic accounts, and taking regular breaks can make a big difference.

I totally agree that being involved in social causes can give a sense of purpose and boost self-esteem. It’s awesome to be able to advocate for things you care about and connect with others who share the same passion. But I think it’s also important to acknowledge that there are some downsides. The ...
