And let’s not forget that a lot of young people have to live with their parents well into their 30s because moving out is financially impossible. That creates other social and psychological challenges—lack of independence, stress from family expectations, and difficulty starting your own life.

That would be ideal, but social media is global, and regulation is complicated. Maybe the best thing we can do for now is raise awareness and push for more responsible use.
