And I see this in schools too. Students today struggle with focus more than ever before. Many can’t sit through a full lesson without checking their phones. It’s not just about distractions—some genuinely panic if they don’t have their phones nearby. That level of dependence is scary.

Because it’s not profitable. Governments here prefer to leave everything to the market, even when the market is clearly failing. We need long-term urban planning strategies that focus on housing affordability instead of just profit-driven development.
