Have you noticed how algorithms tend to exaggerate your emotional state? If you like one sad video, suddenly your feed is filled with more of the same. This echo chamber effect can trap teens in loops of sadness, anger, or insecurity. We need to teach youth how to disrupt those loops intentionally.

We should be pushing for national action plans that go beyond slogans. Real targets, deadlines, and budgets. Monitor them publicly. Hold ministries accountable. Without data, there is no urgency. Without urgency, there is no change.
